2026 Child Protection Training Dates

Community of Christ Child Protection Training will be offered in a hybrid format with in-person and Zoom attendance available on the following dates in 2026:

Sunday, March 8 @ 3:00PM – Gaylord Community of Christ, 220 S Center Ave, Gaylord, MI 49735 (Due to no in-person registrations received through noon on 3/6/26 this training will now be online only)

This training is needed for those applying to become registered children and youth workers. Registrants must complete one of the above sessions as well as all necessary paperwork to become a registered youth worker. This class is also open to those who are already registered youth workers to refresh themselves with policies and guidelines. The sessions will be facilitated by Dan Nowiski, Project & Communications Coordinator, who can be reached at dan@cofchristmi.org with any questions.
