Family Camps

Community of Christ members and friends gather annualy in fellowship and learning experiences called reunions or family camps. This relaxed and casual atmosphere provides space for spiritual growth, personal discernment, incredible amounts of fun, deeper commitment, new and renewed relationships, and so very much more!

We offer family camps at three campgrounds throughout Michigan. With locations near Boyne City, Lexington, and Sanford, there’s a little something for everyone! Family camp dates, locations and registration details are below.

Family Camp at Sanford Campground

June 18 to 23, 2021

Join us for a time of camping and outdoor fellowship.  Worship experiences, prayers for peace, activities, service projects and more will be offered throughout the camp.  Additional activities or campground fundraisers may be organized as planning continues.  Traditional activities such as age group classes, shared meals, and daily worship are not planned at this time. Lake Sanford is currently non-existent due flood damage in 2020.

Family Camp at Park of the Pines

July 11 to 17, 2021

Join us for a time of camping and outdoor fellowship.  A worship experience will be planned for the morning of Sunday, July 11.  An afternoon prayer for peace and evening campfire/vespers will be shared each day.  Additional activities or campground fundraisers may be offered throughout the week.  Traditional activities such as age group classes, shared meals, and daily worship are not planned at this time.
