Guest Presenter: Nichole Martin, Michigan ACE Initiative Master Trainer
Nichole Martin is a DTMB – Contracted Business Analyst for MiSACWIS Data Warehouse with over 18 years of experience working in the areas of behavior therapy, developmental needs, program design and implementation, educational planning and academic support building, fundraising and community collaboration. The majority of her professional life has been spend assessing and assisting at-risk youth, from a variety of diverse backgrounds, structure their lives through the building of healthy relationships and development of transferrable skills.

Nichole graduated from East Lansing Public Schools in 2000. Nichole and her husband, Scott live in East Lansing and have two amazing daughters, Taylor (10) and Tristin (6) and she currently serves on the East Lansing Board of Education. She received dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Carthage College, in Kenosha, Wisconsin and holds a Master of Arts Degree from the Chicago School of Professional Development.

Nichole has previously been professionally recognized for her efforts as a recipient of the MDHHS Star Award, the MDHHS Good Government Award, and the Ingham County Board of Commissioner’s Lucile E Belen Award as well as a 10 Over the Next Ten Recipient, which was awarded by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce for professional achievement and community involvement.
